  1. Can we request an urgent delivery since the timelines are long?

    Yes, you can connect with team in case you want an order to be delivered at a specific time. All our garments are handcrafted and goes through many quality checks, which takes time. In any case, that we can help you with an order to be urgently delivered we will try our best to prioritise that.

  2. How do we know that the embroidery given is authentic Chikankari?

    Since we have been very transparent in showing the process behind the Chikankari that we do and is authentic from Lucknow on Instagram and blogs on our website, you can further read and be rest assured that we are original in our roots. We also educate our audience on how to differentiate between real and fake Chikankari and often show how are garments are being made. For further inquiry please connect with our team.

  3. Can a style be done in another colour and can be fitted according to custom measurements?

    Please connect with our team at 9958731171 or write to us at sales.starcrafts@gmail.com, there are many styles for which we can take colour customisations. We can also fit the garment according to your given measurements.

  4. What if I need to request for any cancellation or changes on the order once placed?

    We do not accept any changes or cancellations on orders once placed.

  5. Do you ship International?

    We do ship domestic as well as international. Shipping within India is a flat 250. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated according to the country, weight and order value. Any custom/import duty at time of international order delivery to be borne by the customer. No COD available for international orders.

  6. Can we buy unstitches suit piece for self-stitching?

    There are many of our straight cut suits which can be purchased as unstitched for self-stitching. Kindly get in touch with our team and we will guide you further with the difference in amount and other details.
