There is a no refund policy. Please complain within 7 days of receiving of any case defects or wrong product or size shipped. The garment should be unused with all their tags for us to investigate the matter. Upon investigation our discretion will the final one.
We do not accept exchange, return or refund on made to order items which includes custom sizing, custom embroidery and custom colour, or any other kind of customisation involved. Help in any sizing related issue will be assisted to. Intimation within 7 days is required in any case of sizing issue which was a mistake from our end. In case the garments must be remade, we will need patience from the customer’s end to get another piece ready or altered as its hand made, and remaking requires it’s time period.
We do not accept exchange, return or refund on items purchased on sale, please get in touch if there is size related issue, we will try to sort it out but will not promise if there is no other piece in stock.
We do not accept exchange of style once the order is processed. You can however check with our team if some changes can be made at that moment, however their will not be refund on any difference in amount, and the change should be of the same or higher value.
We do not accept exchange, return or refund for any international orders. In any case of custom duty charges at the delivery of international orders will have to be borne by the customer. Any rejection in accepting the order at that point of time and loss of package in transit because of custom duty not paid for a long time will result in the loss of the order on the customers end. We are not liable for any refunds in this case. In case the international customer is bent on exchanging any product the reverse shipment charge along with any re-shipping charge or custom duty will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept exchange, return or refund if there is an issue of delay in delivery as all our garments are hand embroidered and we expect all our customers to understand delays because of human reasons.
We do not accept exchange, return or refund on customers claiming that the garments look just a little different from the one shown in the sample shoot as Chikankari is a hand embroidered art and every karigar has a slightly different hand. We will satisfy the customer with a reasonable justification and sort out the issue if there is something which does not come in range of our standards of embroidery.
